Abstract

The article considers the conceptual differences between such concepts as "organizational commitment", "loyalty", "involvement", "satisfaction", "identification". At present various points of view on the relationship of these constructs are presented in the scientific literature. Some authors consider the presented concepts as independent, although overlapping constructs, others see them as complete or partial synonyms. The absence of a single conceptual field and any kind of structure significantly complicates sociological scientific research. In this article we make an attempt to systematize these concepts by considering their similarities, differences and conceptual boundaries. The purpose of this article is to define the concept that fully reflects the existing phenomenon, for its further use, primarily in our own scientific research.
