Abstract
Innovative technologies, once the fruit of human intellectual and material production, according to the laws of classical labor theory, returned to the creator in the form of a new force and not yet fully understood consequences. Digitalization has changed the traditional forms and processes of socialization and personal identification, greatly expanding the space of its activity and the range of human capabilities. The author chooses the process of formation of professional identity in the digital era, and through this prism subjects the digital reality itself to philosophical analysis, the processes of digitalization of professions, the formation of new professional competencies, coming to the conclusion that the digital space today is a valid sphere of human existence, and digital professions are a new unique means of achieving the fullness of digital existence, producing new digital existentials.
