Philosophical understanding of interpersonal conflicts in professional activities

Abstract
The relevance of the study lies in the issue of social interactions in the work environment, which are important for the development of organizational processes and the performance of professional tasks. This study uses a phenomenological approach to analyze positive relationship systems, taking into account their duration, quality and perception by participants. The results of the study showed that social relationship systems can have both positive and negative consequences, depending on the worldview of the participants and their ability to understand each other. The scientific novelty of the study consists in revealing the principles of the philosophy of interpersonal conflicts in understanding the very nature of the conflict.
The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for improving the well-being of employees and the effectiveness of organizations, as well as tools for resolving interpersonal conflicts based on phenomenal dialogical principles. This contributes to the development of interpersonal communication skills, taking into account the individual needs of employees.
