The journal "Kazan Social and Humanitarian Bulletin" was founded in 2010. The founder of the magazine was LLC "Rashin Sciences" in the person of Director Yuri Alexandrovich Korolev. The journal published articles on history, political science, psychology, sociology, philosophy, economics, philology and jurisprudence.

On April 23, 2021, the record of media registration was amended by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications in connection with the change of the founder. Since 2021, the founder is the Federal State Autonomous educational institution of Higher professional education "Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University" (hereinafter referred to as KFU).ISSN 2079-5912
