Abstract

In the article, the author analyzes the material and spiritual culture of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny that has developed to date as a result of multicultural interaction. The author notes that the city of Naberezhnye Chelny was built in strict accordance with the concept of a socialist city developed in the 20-30s by a group of Soviet architects led by N.A. Milyutin.
