Несовместимость политических стратегий как лабильная внешняя причина геополитического конфликта: этапная цель сторон
Abstract
В статье анализируется кризис современных международных отношений и выявляется инициатор конфликта. Разводятся понятия цель сторон конфликта и главный противник. Авторы показывают лабильность стратегии сторон, зависящей от наличных ресурсов и политической воли, и стабильность базовой цели сторон при всей ее вариабельности.
