Abstract

The article analyzes the value bases of the identification space of the youth of the Republic of Tatarstan, based on current data from representative mass surveys conducted in 2021 and 2022. Based on the materials of the study, it is shown that the identification of young people demonstrates a trend of hyper-personalization and polyvalence of personal choice, which is largely due to the specifics of the development of the information society. At the same time, the statements supported by young respondents during the survey also reflect significant universal human identification values, such as family, the authority of elders, and friendship. This fact means that all of the above value blocks can serve as the basis for the formation of a nationwide identity
