В статье представлен комплексный анализ процессов становления и развития социальной активности молодёжных сообществ в условиях современного города. Исследование включает в себя подходы к интерпретации базовых категорий – «молодёжное сообщество», «студенчество», «социальная активность», а также выявляет ключевые детерминанты, обусловливающие развитие социальной активности и определяет соответствующие механизмы её реализации. Уделяется внимание изучению дуалистической природы исследуемого феномена, сочетающего в себе как позитивные социально-конструктивные, так и потенциально конфликтные аспекты. В рамках работы сделан акцент на методах и стратегических инструментах целенаправленного воздействия на уровень вовлеченности студенческой молодёжи в городскую жизнь. Эмпирическая база исследования сформирована в результате проведения анкетирования обучающихся высших учебных заведений Тюмени. Объем выборочной совокупности составил 360 респондентов в 2022 году и 383 респондента в 2024 году. Интерпретация данных позволила разработать модель регулирования социальной активности, учитывающую как стимулирующие, так и ограничивающие аспекты взаимодействия молодежных сообществ с городскими структурами.

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the processes of formation and development of social activity of youth communities in a modern city. The study includes approaches to the interpretation of the basic categories – "youth community", "students", "social activity", and identifies the key features that determine the development of social activity and the appropriate mechanisms for its implementation. The attention is paid to the study of the dualistic nature of the phenomenon under study, combining both positive socio-constructive and potentially conflict-related aspects. The scientific research focuses on methods and strategic tools for targeted impact on the level of student youth involvement in urban life. The empirical basis of the article was formed on a survey of students of higher educational institutions in Tyumen. The sample size was 360 respondents in 2022 and 383 respondents in 2024. The interpretation of the data made it possible to develop a model for regulating the social activity of young people, taking into account both stimulating and limiting aspects of the interaction of student youth communities with urban structures.
