Представлены результаты исследования, проведенного в форме массовых онлайн опросов молодежи Республики Татарстан в 2020-2022 гг. Описана динамика гражданской идентичности молодого поколения, представления респондентов о своей Родине, о том, что в их понимании значит быть россиянином. Отдельный аспект статьи посвящен актуальному направлению современной молодежной политики – реализации различных конкурсов и проектов с участием молодежи. Представлено распределение мнений молодых респондентов об их информированности в данном направлении, степени их вовлеченности в мероприятия, реализуемые как на уровне региона, так и отдельных учебных заведений, оценка респондентами качества проводимых мероприятий. Авторы приходят к выводу, что участие молодежи в социально значимой деятельности воздействует на процесс формирования внутренне упорядоченного комплекса гражданских качеств, усиливает смысл любого выполняемого действия, и, что важно, в условиях новых вызовов и возможностей способствует консолидации ее участников, делая их членами команды, ориентированной на результат

The results of a study conducted in the form of mass online surveys of youth of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020-2022 are presented. The dynamics of the civic identity of the younger generation, the respondents' ideas about their homeland, about what, in their understanding, it means to be a Russian, is described. A separate aspect of the article is devoted to the current direction of modern youth policy – the implementation of various competitions and projects with the participation of young people. The distribution of opinions of young respondents about their awareness in this direction, the degree of their involvement in activities implemented both at the regional level and individual educational institutions, and the respondents' assessment of the quality of the activities are presented. The authors come to the conclusion that the participation of young people in socially significant activities affects the process of forming an internally ordered complex of civic qualities, enhances the meaning of any action performed, and, importantly, in the face of new challenges and opportunities, contributes to the consolidation of its participants, making them members of a team focused on to the result.
