В данной работе авторы, опираясь на результаты собственного социологического исследования, проведенного среди студентов и преподавателей Белгородского государственного аграрного университета имени В.Я. Горина, выполняют оценку современного состояния организации воспитательной работы в нем. В статье приводятся мнения студентов, преподавателей об организации отдельных аспектов воспитательного процесса в университете, даны оценки студентов отдельным направлениям воспитательной работы преподавателей, выявлены основные проблемы реализации воспитательной деятельности в вузе. Авторы приходят к выводу о том, что вовлечение студентов в различные сферы студенческой жизни возможно благодаря активной социальной позиции куратора, его эффективной коммуникации со студентами, а также продуктивному выстраиванию системы формально-неформальных взаимодействий.

In this paper, the authors, based on the results of their own sociological research conducted among students and teachers of the Belgorod State Agrarian University named after V. Gorin, assess the current state of the organization of educational work in it. The article presents the opinions of students and teachers on the organization of certain aspects of the educational process at the university, students' assessments of certain areas of educational work of teachers are given, the main problems of the implementation of educational activities at the university are identified. The authors conclude that the involvement of students in various spheres of student life is possible due to the active social position of the curator, his effective communication with students, as well as the productive building of a system of formal and informal interactions
